IMPORTANT NOTICE:

Any visible damage to the packaging must be reported directly to the delivery person upon delivery. They MUST note the visible damage in the delivery receipt. Any internal damage to the goods will otherwise not be recognized or reimbursed by the carrier.

Right of Withdrawal Information

Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Sirena Sicherheitssysteme Projektierung und Beratungs GmbH, Brucknerstraße 8, 07318 Saalfeld, Germany, info@aerocatcher.de, Phone: 03671 359016) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising from your choice of a different type of delivery than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you incur any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier date.

You must return the goods without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. For goods that cannot normally be returned by post due to their nature, these costs amount to 120 Euro EUR. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is due to handling them in a way that is not necessary for checking their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
